  Today a professional young man named Will came to my daughter and son-in-law’s home to determine why the furnace was not holding at a steady temperature. He diagnosed the problem and corrected it in minimal time. He first explained what he was going to do, then once he had completed it, explained in layman’s terms what he had done to fix it. I was impressed with the entire process! Great job Will!
