  The team at Marshall Mechanical went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive. Mark Chester came out and walked me through the options and process for a new Mitsubishi mini-split,. He was very professional as well as personable. The team went above the norm and came and assisted my electrician with the electrical needed and final install day we had a breaker box issue. Typically an HVAC company would have made me call an electrician but they called the owner and he went and bought a new breaker and came and installed it himself. Best customer service I have ever received. The install guys were great also. Uniforms were nice and clean. They were very polite. Great experience all around.

  From the time your phone call is answered until the time whatever you need is taken care of, the customer really feels like they are #1! And their service doesn't end just because they sell you a unit or two....We've had them out for for servicing and they are just as dedicated to doing it right! Communication with the customer is great!

  Will at Marshall Mechanical was just here to repair my furnace. He was super nice. Checked my furnace out and did the repair then checked it several times to be sure it was working properly! He also explained to me what he did to repair it ( in terms that I could understand 😊). Hats off to Marshall Mechanical and Will for awesome service everytime.
