I’m kind of partial because I own and operate the facility. My goal is to provide our clients the service they expect and a solution that meets there needs. We have grown a lot in our 12 year journey, and I’m very proud of our team and their accomplishments. We are still human and do make mistakes, but we have a great team to correct any situation. June 12, 2018 - Today a professional young man named Will came to my daughter and son-in-law’s home to determine why the furnace was not holding at a steady temperature. He diagnosed the problem and corrected it in minimal time. He first explained what he was going to do, then once he had completed it, explained in layman’s terms what he had done to fix it. June 12, 2018 - The team at Marshall Mechanical went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive. Mark Chester came out and walked me through the options and process for a new Mitsubishi mini-split,. He was very professional as well as personable. The team went above the norm and came and assisted my electrician with the electrical needed and final install day we had a breaker box issue. Typically an HVAC company would have made me call an electrician but they called the owner and he went and bought a new breaker and came and installed it himself. Best customer service I have ever received. The install guys were great also. Uniforms were nice and clean. They were very polite. Great experience all around. Cody Ferguson
